Man-Eaters Review
This was created by the team of Rafael Nieves (writer), Vatche Mavlian (Illustrations) and Ken Wolak (colouring) and apart from the cover and ordering of the illustrations on the pages, the comic was top notch. The Phantom on the cover looks kinder silly, robotic and out of proportion and along with the out of placement of the images with the text it kinder ruined an almost perfect story.
The storyline was about man eating lions eating and killing of a jungle tribe on the outskirts of a remote city/ town in the Jungle. The Phantom on his way home with his dead friends body (follows on from Damination Game) and is called in to help explain the mystery. Most of the story is from the perspective of Agent Greeves who is accompanying the Phantom along with her colleague, Agent Callahan. Agent Greeves seems to have fallen for the Phantom so she goes along with the Phantom. What follows is a dark intriguing battle that will cause you to continue reading deep into the night.
Some people do not seem to like the epilogue but I did not mind it and thought it was a nice way of ending the story (maybe I am just soft). Overall it was worth the effort and I enjoyed the read a lot, so thank you people from Moonstone who made this possible. It is one of the best to come out so far…

Stay well,
