Outstanding Paintings and Sculptures by Vietnamese Artists to Be Exhibited at “New Days” Art Exhibition | Culture – Sports

Hanoi (VNA) – More than 30 outstanding artworks of eight famous Vietnamese painters and sculptors will be exhibited at Vietnam University of Fine Arts in Hanoi from April 2 to 8.

The exhibition, titled “New Days”, is organized by indochineart.vn (Indochine Art), a Vietnamese organization specializing in the evaluation, creation and marketing of original works of art, to celebrate the 5th anniversary of its creation and its development.

The works presented at the exhibition are created from various materials such as lacquer, oil paint, synthetic, stone, iron, stainless steel and mica.

The sculptor Khong Do Tuyen should bring to the exposure his wave-themed sculptures in stainless steel, while sculptor Dao Chau Hai contributes a number of stone carvings. Painter Ly Truc Son will present his universe-themed lacquer paintings while Tran Le Nam will present acrylic on canvas works on human lives and the colors of life.

A series of oil paintings with sea, winter and January themes by painter Dang Tien will be featured at the event alongside lacquer works with subjects related to love and nature by Trinh Tuan.

According to the organizer, the works that will be presented at the exhibition are typical works representing the artistic style that eight artists have pursued and made known over the past decade./.
